It's important you wear your aligners for the time period recommended to you by your orthodontist. Generally, the aligners should be worn for 22 hours every day. Failure to comply with your orthodontist's recommendation could result in the treatment taking much longer to complete than it should, or the results may not be as effective as they could be.

Because they are clear, the aligners are virtually invisible and won't make any difference to your appearance.
